LeagueBracket is a free platform for running private NBA playoff pick-em pools with your friends. No money moves through our system — we don’t take bets, we don’t run gambling, and we aren’t a sportsbook. Odds displayed are sourced from DraftKings and shown for informational purposes only.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You’re responsible for complying with laws in your jurisdiction, including any laws about private pools or contests.
• One account per person. Don’t create multiple accounts to game a leaderboard.

• Don’t harass, threaten, or abuse other members in chat.
• Don’t post illegal content, spam, or malware.
• Don’t scrape or automate the service.
• Don’t impersonate other users, commissioners, or LeagueBracket staff.
• Don’t attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or exploit the platform.

League commissioners can remove members and delete messages that violate these rules or their own league norms. LeagueBracket can suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.

You own your picks, display name, and chat messages. You grant LeagueBracket a limited license to display that content to other members of your private leagues and to store it as needed to run the service. You’re responsible for the content you post.

LeagueBracket is not a gambling service. We do not process payments, handle wagers, or distribute prizes. Any side bets or prizes arranged between league members are strictly between those members and have nothing to do with us.

Moneylines, point spreads, and other odds are pulled from public DraftKings feeds. We make no guarantees about accuracy or timeliness. Odds update on a schedule and may lag live lines. LeagueBracket is not affiliated with DraftKings, the NBA, or any team.

We may change features, scoring rules, or pricing at any time. We may take the service down for maintenance or end it entirely. We aim to give advance notice for major changes but don’t guarantee it.

The service is provided “as is.” We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. You use LeagueBracket at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeagueBracket is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is capped at $100 or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months — whichever is greater. (It’s free. It’s $100.)

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
